What services does Prime Servicing provide?
As the third-party servicer for your loan, we will:
- Process monthly interest payments and other fees
- Issue monthly loan statements (if instructed by your lender)
- Send you payment reminders
- Handle delinquency notifications
- Attempt to contact you by phone and email is your loan becomes delinquent
- Process payoff requests and statements
- Manage your loan payoff
How are my monthly payments processed?
Payments are automatically withdrawn via ACH on the first business day of each month. This process begins on the date specified in your loan agreement.
What if I need to make a late payment?
You can email us at info@prime-servicing.com to make late or catch-up payment via debit card.
How do I request a payoff statement?
Email info@prime-servicing.com
with your loan number and requested payoff date or use the form below. We will process your request and provide you with a payoff statement.
What happens after I have submitted a payoff request?
We will draft a payoff statement and contact the lender for them to approve it. Once approved, we will email the statement out to you.
What should I do if I have questions about my loan terms or need an extension?
Since Prime Servicing is not your lender and does not own your loan, questions about loan terms or extension requests should be directed to your lender directly.
